About

My name is Victor Wegelin, I am the founder of PMA Concepts, and I am a life member of the International Society of Automation (ISA) Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers ( IEEE ). I have more than 40 years of experience in the design, management, application, and support of industrial environmental control system networks and cybersecurity. 

I am a US Army Veteran officer who served in Germany and Vietnam. My education includes a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and an MBA from the University of Chicago. 

I am a Licensed Professional Control Systems Engineer for the State of California.

I can show my clients that implementing these technologies will help them provide a cleaner environment and lower their costs. This is my main selling point. As a result, I have supported clients in many global locations. I teach these technologies in a three to five-day course, Industrial Control Systems and Cybersecurity, in the USA, Europe, Indonesia, Nigeria, and many other locations. My work has also been published in Bela G. Liptak’s Instrumentation, Automation and Engineering Handbook, 5th Edition.

My education: Includes a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
